From my archive...

Here is a small and random selection of some cars which I've worked on in the earlier days of operating my business.

1952 Riley 2½-Litre

  • Replaced heavily modified and tatty wiring loom
  • Engine service and some tidying-up jobs

A handsome example of this sought-after model

1965 Rover 3-Litre

  • Traced and fixed a worsening water leak, needing a new gasket to be made for the water pump
  • Fixed a failing fuel pump and restored the "reserve tank" function which hadn't worked for years

This Rover was a splendid low-mileage example

1972 MGB-GT

  • New HT leads and distributor service, to cure bad starting and misfire
  • Adjusted and serviced engine

A nice sound MG in everyday use

1952 Riley 1½-Litre

  • Replaced frayed original wiring loom
  • New radiator, brake seals, exhaust system
  • Thorough chassis and power train service
  • Countless smaller finishing-off tasks

The car came to me near the end of a prolonged rebuild for me to complete, as the owner's job demands had eaten into his spare time

What these cars have in common...

... they all left me in roadworthy condition, and with comments on anything amiss which I found during my work and which the owner might not have been aware of. I approach every customer's car as if it were mine - after all, we are all enthusiasts with a common interest.
